Housing benefit over Christmas

If you are in receipt of housing benefit your balance over the Christmas and New Year period will not be correct. This is because benefit payments are not processed during the Christmas break.

Please check your account during the second week of January 2020, when all payments have been allocated to accounts.

Online payments

It is possible to make an online payment without logging in to your account.

You will need your payment reference number and a debit or credit card.

Direct debit

The easiest way to pay your rent is by Direct Debit. Once you're set up, payments will come out of your bank account automatically. 

If you are not already setup, just call us and we'll set it up for you.

Or you can set up a Direct Debit by post:

  • Get your bank details
  • Download the direct debit form
  • Fill it in and post it back to the address on the form.

Please have your payment reference number and debit or credit card ready.

Calls to local numbers may be cheaper or included in your call package. Please check with your provider.
