We are delighted the Institute of Customer Service has recently assessed our customer service and that we have the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) ServiceMark accreditation for a further 3 years.
The ServiceMark accreditation from the ICS is a national standard which recognises our achievements in customer service and commitment to upholding high standards. Its assessment includes looking at our customer satisfaction levels and customer feedback.
Wendy Pretten, Managing Director of Customer Delivery England said “The ServiceMark is a fantastic achievement and tells us our strengths, as well as areas where we can improve our service to customers. It helps us to keep growing, developing, and challenging ourselves to really deliver great customer service to all our customers”.
Julia Prichard, Head of Customer Service goes on to say “During the toughest of times, our colleagues really stood out. The work, passion and resilience shown through the Covid-19 pandemic was an area picked up on through the assessment where it was clearly noted this was appreciated not only by customers, but also by the colleagues who valued our company doing the right thing and showing genuine care.”
The safety of everyone living and working in our places and homes remains our priority. We have worked hard to keep essential services running and as we return to more normal levels of service over the coming weeks we will reschedule previously reported repairs and planned improvement work as quickly as possible.
