We would like to let you know that the rent and service charges for your home are changing from April 2021. We understand this may have an impact on you and we’d like to give you all the information and support you might need.
From Monday 15th February 2021, all customers will receive a letter to explain the rent changes from April 2021. To help you be ready for these rent changes, we have included the answers to some of the questions that are asked most frequently by our customers. Increases made to the rent and service charges are needed to help maintain and invest in everyone’s homes, and allows us to offer a wide range of housing services. We are aware that this affects monthly or weekly payments, and we will provide help and support if you have any financial difficulty.
