Mental Health Awareness Week aims to get people talking. This year’s theme is ‘nature’ and how we can use our senses to experience nature and tackle mental health problems.
Nature is known to be an effective way of improving our wellbeing. Whether it’s going for a stroll around the local park or countryside, watering the plants or just watching wildlife, nature is something we can all embrace. The outdoors has been particularly important this year – as many of us chose to go on walks and visit green spaces to cope with the stress of the pandemic.
