Your wellbeing and how we can support you is very important to us. We know that the last year has been challenging and may have been difficult for you. By helping us to understand how you are feeling right now, we can use your views and suggestions to help us provide more support to you and your community in the future.

All of your answers will be anonymous and no personal information will be shared. Your name and email address will only be used for the purposes of the prize draw.

*Terms and conditions of the prize draw

  • This prize draw is exclusive for customers from Castle Rock Edinvar, Chorus Homes, Cotman, Derwent Living and Places for People Homes.
  • Only one entry per customer will be included for the purposes of the prize draw.
  • One winner will be selected and will receive a £150 Love2shop voucher.
  • You must complete the survey to be entered into the prize draw (this includes questions that are optional).
  • The email address you enter must match the registered email address on our system (we will only use your email address for the purposes of the prize draw).
  • The survey must be completed before 31 March 2021.
  • The prize draw will take place on 6 April 2021.
  • All entries will have a number assigned to them and a winner will be selected at random on the date of the prize draw. If the email address you enter does not match the registered email address on our system, we will select another random number until we find a winner whereby the email address entered matches the registered email address on our system. Once this has been matched, the prize will be sent directly to the winner’s registered home address via recorded delivery.
