Places Homes is hosting our first Fire Safety Week from 28th September to 4th October 2020. We will aim to host a Fire Safety Week every year and will run alongside the National Fire Chiefs Council (NFCC) Home Safety Week.
The aim of this is to provide useful advice and information to help you stay safe in your home. The NFCC have provided some key points on fire safety which you should adhere to. Please take a minute to read these.
Alarms save lives and in the event of a fire they can provide precious time to escape. This is why it is important you have a working smoke alarm fitted in your home.

This means it is your responsibility to check the fire safety equipment installed by us meets your needs. You may wish to install more smoke and carbon monoxide alarms than the law requires us to install.
