For anything which is not an emergency, you can continue to report repairs, make payments or view your rent account throughout the festive period using our online services.

Our Income Recovery Centre will close on Monday 24 December and it will reopen after the festive break at 9.00am on Wednesday 2 January.

If you're registered for online services you'll still be able to view your rent statement and make payments online during this period.
